  Except for listed below items, this mobile unit meets the basic requirements for conducting business as a mobile food
  operation, and is hereby approved for licensing for 2015. Application was given at this time.
   
  1) Finish securing the floor and making it smooth and easily cleanable.
  2) Provide shelving for food products and single use items off the floor.
  3) Provide hand soap and hand drying towels for handsink.
  4) Provide metal stemmed temperature measuring device
  5) Provide sanitizer, and test kit for checking sanitizer strength.
